As a home for a senior couple, the brief for this Mangalore home laid equal emphasis on form and function. For the homeowners, one space mattered – the kitchen. They wanted a timeless kitchen in a design scheme of wood and white. This vision was the guiding theme for the interiors. We created modern simplicity, warmth and cohesiveness across every space.

Warm & Inviting Living Spaces

The living room interiors with its wooden highlights has a clean and contemporary aesthetic. Layered lighting, neutral tones, and thoughtfully designed furniture create a welcoming atmosphere. The open layout the home adopts gives a sense of comfort to the homeowners.

At the far end of the living room is the dining room. Overall lighting in this space is provided by overhead ceiling lights and pendant lighting. The dining room adopts the same design language as the living room.

Custom Modular Kitchen

The kitchen is not lost or ignored. We went for a fully loaded modular kitchen for this home in Mangalore. The open-plan kitchen is situated beside the dining room. The kitchen features a unique visual identity while maintaining a bright, open feel. Smart storage systems and premium finishes come together to create a beautiful space that is practical and fun to be in. Every detail was designed to complement the daily living of the homeowners.

Bedrooms Designed for Comfort

This is the most characterful room and reflects the personalities of the homeowners. The master bedroom is a space designed with ambient lighting, detailing and finishes. It creates a peaceful retreat within the home. We chose a neutral shell for this room. The bedroom interior design is complemented by a wardrobe that makes the space clutter-free and organised.

The second bedroom is an extension of the living room. This bedroom takes on a minimalist avatar. To the right is the custom-made wardrobe with its unique design.
